Why a cadastral desk
A catalog yardage is a brochure. A pin is the plat.
Players walk in with numbers they liked on a box. Black Hills density does not read boxes. It reads whether the five still owns its acre after a March at Johnson Siding, and whether a hybrid that looked honest in a garage has already voided eighteen yards at Canyon Lake.
June inks the plat. Harlan decides restake, leave, or pull the pins. Tad names the ridge hours. Nobody here overlaps two lots to make a sticker happier.
They asked whether I play Skyline in a west wind or Sioux Park in still air. I said both. Tad said pick a ridge or keep two plats. Useful surveyor rudeness.
